Applied Business Solutions (ABS) is the new company name for Francis Clark Accounting Solutions (FCAS) and the trading name of Applied Business Solutions UK Ltd subsequent to the recent MBO. FCAS was originally formed in January 1997 from the software division of JAD Logic Ltd, based in Plymouth, and until recently was a wholly owned subsidiary of Francis Clark Chartered Accountants, one of the top 40 firms of its kind in the UK.
